Rates are based on per-room occupancy.

Unless privatised, Olinto welcomes guests aged 16 and above.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Hotel cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.

Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom. In particular, the guests alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any change in hotel, following the event of force majeure.

We are a small and independently owned establishment. Cancellations seriously impact our business and its locally employed team.

If you do decide to cancel your booking, below is our cancellation policy.

Please read this carefully:

Charge upon booking:

Upon booking― whether directly online via our website www.olinto.net or by email at [email protected] ― you will be charged for one night per pavilion booked with us.

Thirty days from arrival, the balance of your stay with us will be charged in full to your card.

Cancelled booking:

You may request a refund if you cancel more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date. The first night, already charged to your card, will be kept as an administration fee; it will not be refunded.

No refund is possible if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival. You will of course be able to postpone your stay for a future date; your postponed arrival date must be within 12 months of your initial arrival date. All postponements must be agreed upon by Olinto and are subject to availability. Reservations can only be postponed once, after which point no further postponement will be possible, and no refund will be provided.

If there is a price difference for the dates you are rebooking, this difference will be charged.

If an experience/activity (for example, a trek with a guide) is cancelled by Olinto, the guest will receive a 100% refund.

Rescheduled bookings:

If you have rescheduled your booking, the cancellation policy takes into account the date when the original booking was made. Therefore, whenever you cancel a booking which was rescheduled, no refunds apply.

Same day bookings:

If your booking was made for arrival within 24 hours, no refunds apply.

These reservations must be paid in full online at the time of booking.
